about the CEO
hi, I'm Tricia - Artist + Founder
With 14+ years in the beauty industry, I’ve grown from a working makeup artist into the founder of a collective built on artistry, professionalism, and experience.
Along the way, I launched my own cosmetics and mentorship business—partnering with IPSY and BoxyCharm, selling millions of my products, while also developing artists and building the foundation that would later become Flirtacious Looks Agency. In 2021, I opened Miami’s first Glam & Go storefront, Flirtacious Looks Studios—this was a turning point that showed me how a personal career can evolve into something much bigger.
Today, everything I’ve built is rooted in real experience— retail, on-set work, product development, mentorship, and client services.

Faq
Please come with CLEAN blow dried hair, no serums, leave-ins, or product. Hair must be ready to be styled. 2. For makeup please come with clean bare skin. No creams, moisturizers, serums or sunscreens on. We will provide all your skin prep needs!
Think of us as a dry bar! we do not wash or blow dry hair, we need clients to provide hair that is ready to be styled for big events!
But of course! What is a Flirtacious Look without a lash?
Depends on the kind of coverage are looking for! Soft coverage: 3-6 hour wear. Medium coverage: 6-10 hour wear. Full coverage: 12-20 hour wear. Varies on skin type, & skin finishes but you can expect all day wear!
Yes, the luxury of booking a house call means the luxury of glam on the go! You can expect our Travel Team to set up on-site and provide the services requested!
